THIS IS GOING TO BE SO GOOD
YOUR PROPOSAL
I’m Maddie! I'm a law school dropout turned accidental General Manager at 22. TWENTY TWO. While my mates were doing the whole graduate program thing, I was managing sales teams across multiple states and countries, reading P&Ls, hiring, firing, building ecommerce from scratch, and figuring out social media for business before anyone knew what the hell they were doing.
Then I became an Online Business Manager for some of the biggest coaches and course creators in Australia. Then General Manager + Director of Strategic Marketing & Partnerships for an agency specialising in fashion ecommerce. So now I'm this person with a weird concoction of experience that I have to explain to people.
Business operations? Yep, me. Marketing strategy? Me again. Building a whole ass tech system? Surprise, it's me. Telling you "it's not that deep, post the bloody thing"? ABSOLUTELY ME.
What I've really discovered over the years is that I want to work with women who are brilliant and support them in their brilliance. Sometimes that looks like doing every damn thing. Other times it's strategic direction and making sure the right people are doing the right things.
I'm not here to be another contractor ticking off tasks. I'm here to be your strategic partner who takes the marketing chaos off your plate, makes sure everything works together, and honestly? Makes all this shit fun.

HELLO DARLING
PROOF IN THE PUDDIN'
PROOF IN THE PUDDIN'
Look, I could sit here and tell you how brilliant I am until the cows come home. But you didn't get this far by just believing what people tell you.
So here's what actually matters: I've helped a coach go from burned out and launch-dependent to $50K months working less than 15 hours a week. I've helped a luxury photographer stop attracting bargain hunters and start booking brides who are actually excited to pay her premium prices. I've built backends so smooth my clients literally forget they used to manually chase every lead like it was a part-time job.
But honestly? You should see it for yourself.
Proof's in the puddin', baby →
The short version? I help women who've built something brilliant actually scale it without losing their goddamn minds. And I make it fun while doing it.
Now, let's talk about you.
It looks SO FREAKING GOOD!
Every time you touch something, there's an uptick and we receive more sign ups.”

HOW COCO C’S IT
THIS IS A GLEE REFERENCE AND I HOPE YOU GET IT OTHERWISE I FEEL AWKWARD
Carly (and Spewy), you’ve stepped into something really special. You didn’t just buy a business — you bought a brand that actually makes parents’ lives easier in a way most “solutions” don’t. You saw the potential, grabbed it, and now you’re in the driver’s seat to take it from clever product to household name.
What's working:
You’ve got a genuinely great product with real, tangible benefits (and the reviews to back it).
You’ve already made smart, instinctive moves — the disability market, podcast sponsorships, UGC content — that show a strong marketing gut.
You’ve got solid numbers to prove the product works: strong AOV, healthy conversion rate, and a clear understanding of who’s buying.
But here's what I'm also seeing:
The slightly duct-tapy marketing energy — bits and pieces that all work on their own, but not together. The mental load of trying to keep every moving piece spinning while running two businesses, prepping for a wedding, and just trying to breathe. The sense that you’re constantly reacting instead of running a system that compounds.
You’re doing all the right things, but without the foundation that turns it into consistent, scalable growth.
And honestly, that’s not a criticism — that’s just what happens when you jump into an existing business and hit “go” without the luxury of a reset phase. You’ve inherited momentum, not necessarily structure.
The opportunity I see:
Build out a proper marketing foundation — tone of voice, customer personas, competitor mapping, systems, and strategy that tie it all together.
Turn Spewy from “great product with good instincts” into a fully-fledged brand with consistent growth levers.
Create a marketing ecosystem that runs smoothly, so you can step out of day-to-day chaos and focus on the fun, creative, big-picture stuff.
Bottom line: you’ve got the product, the audience, and the drive. Now you just need a partner who can turn all that potential into a marketing engine that grows while you sleep (or at least while you sip a post-wedding prosecco).
WHAT I'M PROPOSING 💍
WHAT I'M PROPOSING 💍
I'm not here to be another contractor ticking off deliverables. I'm not here to send you reports full of vanity metrics that don't actually mean anything. And I'm definitely not here to add to your mental load.
I’m proposing a MARKETING STRATEGY PLAYBOOK
A complete digital marketing strategy built to give you clarity, confidence, and direction. This isn’t a surface-level “what to post” document. It’s the foundation of how Spewy grows — sustainably, strategically, and without the constant guesswork. It’s designed to take what’s already working and build a system that feels lighter, smarter, and more in flow.
What makes this different:
Agencies execute tasks beautifully… but someone still has to manage them, connect the dots, and make strategic calls. That someone usually ends up being you.
Contractors do their specific thing well — copy, ads, email — but they’re working in silos. You’re still left trying to piece it all together.
My approach gives you both the vision and the pathway — so you can finally stop operating reactively and start building something that compounds.
Here's what that actually looks like:
I'm responsible for:
Crafting a clear, easy-to-follow marketing strategy that aligns every channel and customer touchpoint
Developing tailored content ideas and campaign directions to bring the brand to life across platforms
Building email marketing foundations — from automation flows to creative campaign ideas
Outlining growth opportunities to explore (influencers, collaborations, podcasts, Pinterest, Reddit) and how to approach them strategically
Creating a structured plan that holds your long-term foundations while giving you immediate, actionable clarity
Taking the mental load off your shoulders so you can focus on running the business — not running in circles
You're responsible for:
Sharing input and feedback during development
Providing access to existing content or systems if needed
Deciding what to action now vs what to park for later
Running your brilliant business
The difference? You’ll finally have a strategy that feels like relief. A plan that gives you space to breathe — while Spewy keeps growing.
WHY THIS MATTERS FOR YOUR BOTTOM LINE
You're currently investing significantly in paid ads. That's a significant investment, and it should be working harder for you.
Here's what happens when you have a proper marketing foundation in place:
Better ad performance - When your messaging, audience targeting, and creative strategy are all aligned (instead of siloed), your cost per acquisition drops and your ROAS improves.
Organic revenue growth - You’re getting great numbers from organic channels. That's Carly's content, the community building, the relationships. With proper systems and strategy, that acquisition channel grows without increasing ad spend.
Smarter spending decisions - Instead of guessing whether to invest in influencers, podcasts, TikTok, or Pinterest, you'll have a framework that tells you where to put your money and energy for maximum return.
HERE’S WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
This is where we take everything swirling in your brain — the ideas, the “I should post that,” the “we should collab with them,” the “I’ll fix that later” — and turn it into something clear, strategic, and actionable.
You’ll walk away with The Spewy Strategy Playbook — a complete digital marketing strategy that holds your brand’s long-term foundations and gives you a clear direction for what to do next. It’s designed so you can implement things straight away, save them for later, or hand them off entirely. The goal is to take the mental load off — without losing the magic that makes Spewy special.
What’s Included
Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy covering content, email, organic growth, collaborations, and partnerships
Content Ideas + Campaign Concepts built for your tone, audience, and goals
Email Marketing Foundations — automation flow structure, campaign ideas, and creative direction
Opportunities Map detailing how to explore influencers, brand collaborations, podcasts, Pinterest, Reddit, and more — with exact next steps and recommendations
Implementation Roadmap showing what to prioritise now vs later, so you can grow sustainably without burning out
Handover Call + Unlimited Communication during the project period for feedback, questions, and “is this idea worth it?” moments
What this looks like in practice
Once you say yes (and do a little happy dance 💃🏼), here’s exactly how this rolls out:
Step 1: Deep Dive & Discovery
We’ll start with a casual but strategic vibe-check call where I get to know you, the brand, your audience, and everything swirling in your brain. The goal: understand where you are, where you want to go, and what’s currently standing in the way.
Step 2: Strategy Development
This is where the magic (and spreadsheets) happen.
I’ll build out the full Spewy Strategy Playbook — mapping out your marketing foundations, content ideas, campaign concepts, email automations, and organic growth opportunities across every relevant channel.
You won’t just get the what — you’ll get the how and the why, so you can make confident decisions moving forward.
Step 3: Delivery & Walkthrough
You’ll receive your full Playbook — beautifully structured, ready to action, and easy to digest.
We’ll go through it together on a handover call so you walk away knowing exactly how to implement each part (whether that’s you, a VA, or future hires).
Step 4: Support & Refinement
For the remainder of the project window, I’m available for unlimited support via email — questions, clarifications, or “should I do this collab?” check-ins. You’re not left holding the strategy and wondering what to do next.

Total Investment: $4,000 AUD
