Imagine if someone that sells tampons was out on the street, out the front of a clinic that does vasectomies, yelling at every person that walks past? You’re a 23 year old girl and you’re getting co-yelled at with the 87 year old man walking next to you. Not only that, the person yelling is saying things like “lady parts” or “mensies” gag.
That’s the equivalent of your marketing without a strategy.
You need to be in the right location, talking to the right person, using the right messaging.
That fake person selling tampons came to me and I bonked them on the head lovingly and now they’re on the street, in between Sephora and Starbucks, talking to women aged 18-30 and are running a promotion that gives the girlies a free tampon sample with their coffee order.
I could list out all the inclusions but that’s boring. The result is clarity and money and that’s all that really matters.

It’s 2025 or maybe 2026 and I haven’t re-written this section but regardless, there are so many tools and systems to automate your business that if you’re not utilising them, you’re out here on a horse and cart instead of one of those hybrid cars with the 2m long screen and a wireless charger.
Let’s work smarter and not harder. Let’s get you a sexy ass back end system set up that has your business working while you sleep, or drink wine, or have a menty b in bed.
There are a lot of systems out there but for most service based businesses, I recommend TekMatix - it’s a white labelled version of Go High Level. It comes with all the bells and whistles as well as the best support so that you can manage it yourself going forward. I don’t want us to have a co-dependency relationship, ya’know?
For our ecom baddies, we can connect and integrate and have everything talking to each other. There isn’t much you can’t automate these days.
This is all a bit vague but every business is different so I’ll meet you where you are.

A lil idea I shared with a group of birth photographers was to set up an automation that triggers on the first birthday of the baby, wishing them a happy birthday. It’s something so simple but makes a f*cking good impression on your client. Take it further, set one up when they’re due to start school and have a promotion for family portraits.
A good experience for your client or customer means a good experience for your bank account. Whether that be re-purchasing or re-booking or referrals.

WHO AM I?
The urge to simply write “that’s a secret I’ll never tell” is so strong. But obviously I have to tell you because I did the most obnoxious thing for my hero section and now I need to back it up.
So, as the giant ass letters told you, I’m Mads and I apparently now use my married name.
I accidentally started working in business about ten years ago, at the ripe age of 21. I was actually an ex-law student and current-criminology student. By the age of 22, I was the General Manager for a wholesale fashion company. After a couple of years, I decided to try my luck out on my own.
While doing my own thing, I was also employed because #bills. And my employed life included being an Online Business Manager at an agency of Online Business Managers – we worked mostly with coaches and course creators. And then I was General Manager + Director of Strategic Marketing & Partnerships at a fashion marketing agency.
So, in my little weird journey, I became really good at marketing, automations and funnels (as well as other things but I do not want to look after your P&L thank yewww).
I also get married in March 2025 and that’s going to be a really relevant point in my personality going forward. obviously. And my pug, Coco, obviously.
